What is a Faith Folder?

A Faith Folder is our version of a Lapbook^TM. Our Faith Folders are Catholic based and are used to teach and spread the Catholic Faith. They are sold in a variety of formats: digital, cd-rom and kits.

What is a Lapbook?^TM

A lapbook^TM is a tool used to showcase and consolidate material studied and learned on a given topic. A lapbook^TM is created from a file folder, refolded to create a book which can be held in the lap. Many different mini-books and other special projects are then stored and displayed in the lapbook^TM. Lapbooks^TM can be used for science, social studies, phonics, religion and so much more. The possibilities are endless!

What are Faith Rings?

Faith Rings are a new product available from Faith Folders for Catholics. Each ring holds a set of laminated cards on a variety of faith based topics. Examples include Catholic Prayers, Ten Commandments and Works of Mercy. These are sold as a finished product that will be shipped to the customer.

A Special Note About the Available Faith Folder Options:

The Faith Folders are now available in three formats: e-book, cd-rom and kits. All containt the same basic material but the method of delivery is different.

When you vist the Quick Shopping Cart system website you will need to choose between the digital, cd-rom and kit options. If you want the e-book version, you just need to add that item to your cart. Shortly after checkout is complete you will receive an email with the access code to download the file automatically.

If you would like to purchase the cd-rom version you select the cd-rom option in the shopping cart. You will then be given the option to choose the desired Faith Folder title.

We now have Faith Folder kits available. With each kit you receive an instruction book with black and white templates for each of the components in the Faith Folder. You also receive one, pre-printed kit of all the books to be compiled to complete the Faith Folder. The file folder(s) needed to complete the Faith Folder are also included. If this is your desired purchase you need to select Faith Folder Kits in the shopping cart system. Once you make that choice you will choose the desired Faith Folder title. You will also need to designate your choice for a kit with the materials and instructions only or with the materials, instructions and cd-rom. We also have the extra kit materials available for additional children to complete a Faith Folder without the instructions, etc. So, for example, if you wanted to complete a Faith Folder for three children you would purchase the Faith Folder Kit & Instructions (with our without cd-rom) and two additional kits. You would have one set of instructions and three sets of the kit materials for the children to assemble a Faith Folder. The price for the kits is as follows:

A Special Note About The Various Products:

The Faith Folders are primarily a digital product, available as a pdf file. When purchasing a Faith Folder you will either be able to automatically download the pdf file or have the file on cd-rom shipped to you. Once you receive the file, you print the pages as needed or desired and complete the Faith Folder project with the child(ren). You will need to supply your own paper, file folder, scissors, glue and desired embellishments. If you choose the kit option, all materials will be mailed to you. You will only need to supply the scissors, glue and desired embellishments. Please remember that I am a mom of six, family life may cause a delay in delivery on some occassions. I promise to ship mail orders as soon as possible, usually within a week. Thank You!

The Faith Rings are a finished product. They are much like flashcards but are laminated and held together on a "ring" so they stay together. Children can easily flip through the set of cards as they view and learn the material within. The finished set of Faith Rings will be shipped to you via US Mail within one week of your purchase.

The Children's Adoration Guidebook is available in three formats: a printed, comb-bound book, a printed book in a 3-ring binder or in a digital format at a pdf file you print and organize yourself. If you choose the digital option, you will receive an email shortly after checkout with the information to download the file, just as you do with Faith Folder files. If you choose either of the printed options, it will be shipped to you via US Mail, 1-2 weeks after purchase.

Suggestions For Using Our Faith Folders:

Adapt and make our Faith Folders your own. Individual creativy is most welcome!
Print with a plan. Look over the whole document before printing. Many pages will not need to be printed. Printing with a plan will also allow you to choose different colors and weights of paper for the various components.
